【10月月報】また人事評価の季節が来た

10月は諸々忙しく9月分の月報作成を飛ばしました。
さすがに二か月開けるのはまずいので、10月分の月報を作成しておきます。
早いものでまた評価面談の季節がやってきました。

①仕事(about work)

 自分から仕事を引き受けていくことで、この一か月程度でやれる業務の幅が圧倒的に広がった。やはり評価の時期が近づくと気合が入るというものなのか。しかし、動機が何であれ、実際に能力を向上させることが出来たのであれば結構なこと。特に他部門の人とのやりとりが増えた。また、ありがたいことに英語を業務で使う機会に恵まれ、管理職からも一定の評価を得られた。最近の成長から得られた自信に基づいて、より積極的に行動し、より自分を高めていきたい。それが結局は個人的な幸福につながると思われる。
 I succeeded in widening the tasks which I can do by accepting new tasks aggressively in the last month. It seems to me that we tend to work harder in the run-up to the performance appraisal. I think it is certainly good thing for employees that they enhance their capability regardless of their motives. To be more specific about my growth, I interacted with coworkers in other department well in the last month. In addition, fortunately I had an opportunity to utilize my English skills and some directors and managers praised me. I'd like to enhance my capability by exposing myself to unfamiliar tasks without much hesitation. At the end of the day, I think improvement of the skills will lead to my subjective well-being.

最近、まったくと言っていいほど投資に対して考えていない。
Recently, I spared almost no time to think about investment.

③人間関係(about human relationship)

 他部門の人と交流する機会があり、依然と比べて人間関係の幅が広がった。外部での英語研修で少し雑談が出来るような相手が出来た。
 I had some opportunities to interact with member in other departments in this month. Now, my network is broader than it was. I acquired a friend with whom I had some small talks in English class.

④勉強・自己啓発(about study and personal development)

 主に業務上のスキルを向上させることに集中。それ以外のものとしては英語。4技能そこそこバランスよく勉強。業務の上で英語を使う機会を得たおかげで、自信がつき、また意欲も増した。10月にTOEICも受験したが、満点は不可能という感触。TOEICスコアよりも、speakingやwritingの改善を優先したいため、950以上のスコアならTOEICはもう受けないこととする。
I focused on developing skills related to my tasks at workplace. In addition, I worked to improve my English skills. In October, I could practice 4 skills(RLWS) in a balanced way. After I got the opportunity to utilize my English capability in business contest, my confidence and motivation was boosted. I took TOEIC in October but I think my score will be below the highest one.　However, f I can get 950+ score, I don't want to take TOEIC again because I think I should focus on improving speaking and writing to be a proficient user of English.


⑤反省点と良かった点(Failure and Success)
 
 以前よりも積極的に行動できるようになってきたこと、交流する人の範囲が広がったことが良い点。反省点は、会話においてもっとオープンになるべきだったという点。変わり者という自覚が影響してか、あまり自分の主義や好みを人に知らせたくないと思う傾向があるが、知らせて問題ない部分は知らせていくべきだろう。
　I can now behave in a more positive manner than I previously could. Another good point for me is that I succeeded in broadening my network. However, there was some room for improvement. I should have share my thought and preferences with others more honestly. Being conscious that I 'm different from others in many ways I tend to hold back my true thought and preferences. Perhaps I should have let others know what I really think when it doesn't cause considerable inconvenience.

①海外留学
②経済・会計に関しての知識・スキル
③年に2回は会いたいと思える程度の友人を1人は作る
④定期的に女性と会話するような機会を設ける
(つまり、会いたいときに会えるような人間関係の構築)
